Delivery & Shipping Policy
Here is how shipping works at TI Store.
Coverage
- We ship across Pakistan.
- International orders can be arranged on request — message us on WhatsApp before you place the order so we can quote shipping accurately.
Timelines
- In-stock items: dispatched within 1–2 working days of order confirmation.
- Karachi: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Other major cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan): 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Smaller towns and remote locations: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Pre-order items: follow the lead time stated on the product page (typically 3–6 weeks).
Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping inside Pakistan: Rs. 250.
- Free shipping on orders above Rs. 5,000.
- Cash on Delivery available country-wide; a small COD handling fee may apply.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can also track the status from the Track My Order link in the footer.
Failed / Missed Deliveries
If our courier is unable to deliver after 2 attempts, the parcel comes back to our warehouse. We will reach out to confirm a new address or schedule re-delivery (additional charges may apply).
Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery. We will work with the courier to resolve it and arrange a replacement or refund.
