How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, head to checkout, fill in your details, and choose Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, or one of the digital payment options. You will receive an email and WhatsApp confirmation within minutes.
Can I order over WhatsApp instead?

Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
You can edit or cancel any order before it has been dispatched — usually within a few hours of placing it. After dispatch, please use the return process instead.
How long will my order take?
1–2 working days for in-stock items in Karachi, 2–3 days for other major cities, and 3–5 days for smaller towns. Pre-order items follow the lead time on each product page.
Do you ship internationally?
On request — message us on WhatsApp before you check out and we will quote shipping for your destination.
How much is shipping?
Rs. 250 standard, free over Rs. 5,000.
How does a pre-order work?
Place the pre-order with a small deposit. We source the piece directly from the brand or atelier, keep you updated through the import, and ship as soon as it lands. Typical lead time is 3–6 weeks.
Are pre-orders refundable?
Pre-order deposits are non-refundable once we have placed the import order with the brand. Before that point, you can cancel and get a full refund.
Can I return an item?
Yes — within 7 days of delivery, in unused condition, with original packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.
How long do refunds take?
3–7 working days after we receive and check the returned item.
How do I care for gold-plated jewellery?
Keep it dry, store it in the pouch we sent it in, and put it on after perfume / makeup, not before. Avoid swimming pools and the gym.
Are your stones real?
Each product page lists exactly what the stones are — cubic zirconia, freshwater pearl, semi-precious, etc. If a piece is solid gold or has natural diamonds, we say so explicitly and provide a certificate.
