By accessing tistore.pk and placing an order with us you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully if anything is unclear, just message us on WhatsApp before you check out.

1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of the tistore website and any orders placed through it. We may update these terms from time to time; the version live on the site at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

2. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed once we send you a confirmation email or WhatsApp message.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time before dispatch (e.g. pricing errors, unavailable stock, suspected fraud). If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.
Pre-order items follow the timelines listed on each product page. Lead times are estimates we will keep you updated if anything changes.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, and the digital payment methods listed at checkout.
If a price is clearly mis-listed (typo, decimal error) we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Shipping & Delivery

See our Delivery / Shipping Policy for full delivery timelines, charges, and coverage. Risk passes to you once the courier hands the package over at your address.

5. Returns & Refunds

See our Return Policy for what is eligible, the time window, and how to request a return. Pre-order items, customised pieces, and pierced jewellery (where unsealed) are not returnable for hygiene reasons.

6. Product Information

We try to keep product photos, colours, weights, and stone descriptions as accurate as possible. Slight variation is expected for handcrafted pieces. We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in dimensions, finishing, color tones, and detailing may occur between the displayed images and the final product.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on tistore.pk logo, photos, copy, illustrations is the property of tistore or used under license. Please do not reproduce or use them without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. missed events, third-party shipping delays).

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Karachi.
