Return Policy
If something is not right, we want to fix it. Here is how returns work at tistore.
What you can return
- Items in unused, original condition.
- With all original tags and packaging intact.
- Within 7 days of delivery.
What is not returnable
- Pre-order and made-to-order items.
- Customized, engraved, or resized pieces.
- Pierced jewellery once the hygiene seal is broken.
- Sale items marked “final sale”.
How to start a return
- Message us on WhatsApp at +92 324 3467105 or fill in the Returns form linked from your order email.
- We will reply with a return address and a reference code.
- Pack the item with all its original packaging and ship it to us. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
- Once we receive and inspect the parcel, we issue a refund or a replacement your choice.
Refund timeline
Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days of us receiving the item. Bank transfers and card refunds settle in your account based on your bank’s timeline (typically 1–2 working days after we issue the refund).
Damaged on arrival
If a piece arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
